Delete your Maurice account

Account owners:

Sign in at app-v2.mauriceassistant.com → Settings → Account → Delete account, or in the app: More → Account → Delete account. The account and its data (properties, bookings, guests, messages, files) are deleted. You can restore it within 60 days; after that it's erased for good.

Team members:

Ask the account owner to remove you, or write to us.

Guests:

To delete the data you gave for a stay, contact your host or write to support@mauriceassistant.com.

Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, invoices, and guest registrations already sent to the police).
