What happens when a booking arrives
- The booking appears in Maurice, linked to the property, and the guest can check in online.
- The guest completes details, documents and payments; Maurice collects and checks the ID documents.
- For properties in Italy, guest data goes to Alloggiati Web and, in supported regions, to ISTAT portals such as Ross1000.
- Maurice answers the guest 24/7 in their language and asks for your help only when it’s really needed.
