How per-property pricing works
You pay monthly based on how many units you run on Maurice: an apartment or a holiday home counts as one property; for hotels and B&Bs, which Maurice manages by room and room type, the unit is the room. The maths is simple: number of units × €9.99, VAT excluded.

Free trial and onboarding
You can try Maurice for free before you pay. Onboarding is guided by our team: you fill in the form, we get back to you and set up your properties together. Are prices inclusive of VAT?

What happens to the price after 31 December 2026?
The €9.99 per property per month promotion runs until 31 December 2026; the list price is €15.99 per property per month, VAT excluded. If you want to know which terms will apply to your account after the promotion ends, ask our sales team before you activate, at sales@mauriceassistant.com.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, you can try Maurice for free before paying. Fill in the contact form, our team gets back to you and helps you set up your first properties, so you test Maurice on real bookings. Our sales team confirms the trial details when you activate.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. During the promotion Maurice is billed on the Monthly plan, per property or room, with no annual contract. For portfolios of more than 100 properties, the Enterprise plan comes with custom terms agreed with our sales team.
Do hotels and B&Bs pay per room or per property?
Per room. For hotels and B&Bs Maurice manages rooms by room type, with automatic room assignment, and the pricing unit is the individual room: €9.99 per room per month, VAT excluded, during the promotion. For very large properties or groups above 100 units, talk to our team about the Enterprise plan.
