What to have ready for the demo
To show you Maurice on your real setup we only need a few details. If you have them to hand, the demo is shorter and more useful:
- How many units you run and what kind: apartments, hotel or B&B rooms, mid-term rentals.
- Where your bookings come from today: PMS or channel manager, Airbnb, Booking.com, Uniplaces, HousingAnywhere.
- Which Italian region and municipality your properties are in, to check the ISTAT portal and the tourist tax rule.
- What takes most of your time: messages, documents, guest registration, payments or rent.

Can I see a demo of Maurice?
Yes. Fill in the form with how many properties you manage and what you’d like to automate: we’ll get back to you and show you Maurice on your own case, with your booking sources (PMS, channel manager or the booking platforms). After the demo you can start with a free trial and guided onboarding.
I’m a guest — how do I contact the host of my booking?
Maurice Assistant provides software to hosts, who manage their own bookings. If you received a Maurice check-in link, write in the chat on that page: the property’s assistant replies at any hour and involves the host when needed. For payments, refunds or changes, contact your host or the platform you booked on.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
If you have a Maurice account, the procedure is explained on the delete account page. If you’re a guest and want the data you provided for a stay deleted, contact your host or email support@mauriceassistant.com. Some data may be kept where the law requires it.
