Monthly rent for mid-term and transitional rentals

With students, relocating workers and transitional leases, the hard part isn’t the first payment — it’s the sixth or the twelfth. Maurice collects the rent automatically every month, so you stop checking bank transfers and writing reminders by hand. That matters even more if you own a flat in Italy and live abroad.

Tourist tax and extras in the same check-in

For short stays, payments happen inside online check-in: the guest enters their details, uploads ID documents and pays in a single flow. For properties in Italy, Maurice calculates the tourist tax with the rule you set — amount per person per night, age exemptions, maximum taxable nights, channel exceptions — and collects it by card. If the guest pays cash on arrival, you mark it as paid, so you have everything ready for the payment and the return to the Comune.

In the same step the guest can add the paid extras you’ve configured. Access instructions and Wi-Fi details are sent on arrival day, from check-in time, as soon as every step is complete.
